Arranmore Darkness into Light walk raises €4,400 for Pieta House

first_imgThe Arranmore Darkness into Light walk raised a whopping €4,400 for Pieta House. A cheque was presented to Pieta House at a special ceremony on Wednesday in Killybegs. DIL Arainn Mhor raised the massive sum of €4,408.52 during their second annual Darkness into Light walk this May. Over 150 people took part in the walk to the lighthouse as the summer sun rose over the island.Next year’s walk will start at the community centre, Ionad an Chrois Bhealaigh at 4:15am on May 12th.
